As much as we love blogging here at Consider, there are some things that happen during the week that we just don’t get a chance to talk about.  Rather than deprive you, dear readers, of this valuable information, we’re starting a new feature called Endpoint.  At the end of the week, we’ll aggregate links to the most interesting events of the week that we haven’t discussed and post them here for your pleasure.  So, without further ado, here you go:

1) Scientists have discovered a not-so-distant planet that may be able to sustain life.

2) Did animals make us human?

3) Rahm Emanuel is leaving the White House to run for mayor of Chicago.

4) It turns out the American public has a pretty good idea of what the rise of China means for America.

5) If you could immediately institute any government policy, what would it be?  Possible responses here.
